Sep 16, 2007 | Posted by Business Women's CommitteeCLOSING DAY EVENT - MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN!Tuesday September 18th we will host our CLOSING DAY EVENT. Format is 9 hole shot gun start at 5:15pm. Dinner and festivities following golf. Team awards to be handed out on this night! Notify Allison Poort and the pro shop if you plan to play. Annual Awards (Ringer Board, Birdie Tree and Handicap Reduction Award) will be handed out at Ladies Golf Closing event in October. Make sure you fill in those empty space on the ringer board for the opportunity to win a prize.

The diningroom will be prepared for ladies to eat dinner before the shot gun. Order off the menu. This will be a regular team play night. September 4th - Brantford goes to BEVERLY for a 9 hole exchange. Sign up sheets posted in ladies locker room. There will still be golf at Brantford for those not attending Beverly. We have room for 24 ladies to go to Beverly. September 11th - regular team play night. September 18th - BUSINESS WOMEN'S CLOSING! This year we have decided to try a 9 hole closing on a tuesday night. We will follow golf with a light food menu. Mark your calendars, bring your friends and plan to attend what promises to be a FUN night for all. Team prizes to be awarded on this night.

There is no charge for this event. You will play your own ball. The greens may be aerated but there will be golf..................festivities begin at 5pm. This will be a regular team night. Tuesday August 14th - Brantford goes to Galt for 9 hole exchange. There is still room for more players to join - sign up in ladies locker room. We can take up to 24 players to GALT. Last week Team 4 and Team 5 did not have enough players to count a team score. Remember, you need 3 players to count toward a team score otherwise the team receives zero points. No participation points are awarded if the team does count a team score. The standings - they are a changing...........Keep playing ladies! CONGRATULATIONS to the following Low Net Winners: July 17th - Nancy McColeman - Net 30 July 24th - Darlene Garbedian - Net 29 July 31st - Brenda Sawchuk - Net 30 Great playing girls!
