Welcome to the official, occasionally weekly blog of the Tuesday Ladies Golf league!  While I’ll be keeping my eyes and ears open for things to write about each week, I’m going to need your help with this.  Send me your anecdotes (and antidotes!) from your night of golf, and I’ll include them in this blog.   My comments may not be timely, or accurate, and if I don’t receive anything from you, I’ll just make something up.

Now, the following is not made up:  to date, 89 ladies have signed up for Tuesday nights.  That’s wonderful!  After a stellar turnout of 61 ladies on opening night for the scramble, and 52 ladies May 15^th for the first official night of competition, we’re off to a fabulous start of the season.  I hope all the ladies that signed up for the Beverly exchange on May 22^nd have a great time.

I’ve already learned one thing this season (and this is not made up either):  if you’re, say, Shannon McMannis, and you’ve got Michael Jackson’s “You’re Bad” blaring from your IPod while trying to hit out of the sand, DO NOT EXPECT TO HIT A GOOD SHOT!!

So, that is an example of the tattle-taling I expect from you ladies.  Bring it on!!
