Wow, October 1st, and we are all done Mens Night for the year.

Congratulations to Team 6!  You guys are our first ever Mens Night Team Champions.  Through good scores, active participation, and a great captain, you guys made it.

Congratulations also to Kyle Longpre for winning the individual points race for the prize table.  Kyle had a rush of sub par rounds to finish the season and take home the title.  Nice golfing!!

Mossy!!! Great week...Low gross 34/2nd low net/ and a closest to the pin for 13 extra points.  That is going to vault you right up the points list.

Thanks everyone for a great season.  Even though I was only here for half the year, I got to know a lot of you, and appreciate you guys supporting our league. I really  think the new scoring system was a great success.  I do have  plans for tweaking a few things next year, but that can wait, our focus now is on next week......our  banquet and prize table.

Todd: Thanks for all your hard work. The league was a blast this year and I loved the new format. i've heard that some clubs use a draft to come up with the teams. Maybe we can look at that for 2010. All in all a great year.

Team 6 has a nice 9 point lead now heading into the last week.  Kyle made a jump to the top of the leaderboard with another sub par round!  Not Bad!  You've been hanging on to the top for a while now team 6....can you finish it off?  Doug Kudoba, all eyes are on you as captain of team 6 and former leader of the points list...are you going to rally your team to the title?  Are you going to retake your spot at the top and ruin all of these young kid's hopes and dreams?

As far as the prize table goes, a few have questioned the tie breaking procedures.  I am going to break all ties starting with who has the most rounds played,( participation
)  followed by proficency rating.  If it is still tied after that, a wrestling match will follow on the deck before the prize presentation.

Let me know if you have any questions regarding the league or the Banquet.

Again Banquet is 6:30 on October 7th.  This is NOT a league golf day, but you are welcome to play before if you make a tee time.  Make sure you are in before 6:30 as I am not going to wait to serve the food. 

Please pay $25 to Dawn or any of our Proshop staff asap for the banquet or I will hunt you down!!

To Team 6 Great playing last week guys, once again we were the lowest scoring team. We have one week left with a 9 point lead, so let's give it our all and have some fun. Whatever the outcome I just want to say it was great meeting most of you guys and having a few drinks and a bite to eat, while watching the scores come in. Yes Kyle has taken over top spot in the individual standings, playing some awesome golf, but I can honestly say If it was not for great team work I would not even be in second. Thanks Team So Just Do It
