Well, congrats to Team # 1 you guys did it, kept up the lead for the entire year!  Well done Mac and the boys.  Perfect evidence that if you participate every week you will do well...this also reflects in the points list, as many of your players are within the top of the leaderboard.

Congrats to Jason Rochon, for winning the Men's Night individual points this year, it was well deserved.....what will he take from the prize table with first overall pick??  Can't wait to see how it all unfolds....there are some really nice lawn chairs that will be up there....I would reccommend one of those!!

Again, next Wednesday is the banquet and prize portion of your mens league, food is served at 7:00 sharp, and golf is free and included in the evening if you choose to play before hand.  I am sure there will be a couple of poker games to follow if you are interested in those kind of things.

It was quite an interesting year boys, I will say there will be some changes next year in some policies and procedures, as there were a lot of behind the scenes issues that had to be dealt with, but that is here nor there...just part of running a golf course and a league where no matter what you do, you will always have people who disagree, question you, bend the rules, and look for ways around things to get what they want....but I would have it no other way, this is why I love what I do...keeps a lot of real issues in life in perspective.

Next year I will be looking to spice the leage up as well...I want to offer weekly prizes, more games, and more points... and to do that, I would love to take on some league sponsors.  If you own or are part of a company looking for exposure, and good press...then we would love to work out something with you....you scratch my back ( with prizes or donations) i scratch yours... I give you advertising and some golf....fairly simple... let me know if this would be of any interest to any of you.

Thanks to all of the Proshop Staff for all their help this year....Katie...for putting up with most of you guys, and Curtis for helping with the admin side of the league...couldn't do it without you guys!

Next Thursday....LEAFS VS. HABS....I am doing the same promo as I did last night.....$4.50 wings, $10.99 pitchers...come hang out with me and all the girls to watch my Leafs start their cinderella season...and surprise a lot of people!!
