Well guys, another rain day at the EGC. The story goes like this............

Beautiful morning, sun high in the sky with beatiful temps until 11am when the clouds rolled in! The rumbles started and cleared the golf course around 1pm.

Waiting...........Waiting...........Waiting..............

Finally at 3:30 the lightning had left the area and the rain stopped! An effort was made to catch up on the tee, sending groups of hearty men out on both the front and back nines and every hole in between.

After a two and a half hour window which allowed for some golf ball wacking the storms returned again! This ended our day on the course and our dedicated men headed upstairs to do what we all do best, eat and drink the fine selections from the Eldale lounge.

Well what do we do now you ask? we have two weeks left and we have had two rainouts, therefore our last 2 weeks we will be playing for double the prize money each of the remaining 2 Mens Days.

PS- We are taking donations to build a dome over the course, we shoud need about 500 million so save your pennies!
