Good Day Gentlemen,

         There are times when I need to bite my tongue....this is not one of them.  For those of you who read this blog, you may have noticed an addendum at the bottom of last week's blog.  First off, I need to credit the gentleman for being the first one to actually post a comment for 2010......however....the comment (read) was a challenge to my team as we faced the league leading Hotshots.  Now, I may have mentioned something in passing to Captain Hank regarding this weeks match but I certainly did not put it in writing!!!  Well, Hank, The Go Goetzers stood the challenge and finally put a stain on your perfect record.  Having said that, I think all we achieved was putting the Parfects within striking range of the lead.  Only 3 points separate first a second with the Go Goetzers in third 14 points behind.  Remember, the first and second place teams at the end of the regular season will share in a $1000.00 worth of shop credit!!!  So, Hank, all I can say is good luck the rest of the way.....it's going to be a horse race!!

 Congratulations to Norm Casarin for knocking in his 5 iron on the 16th hole; leaving the hole in one fund intact for yet another week and putting the pot at $3154.00 per side.
