Congratulations to Ron Kenesky for kicking ass in the Ontario PGA...He is the new 2010 Champion...Couldn't happen to a finer Man! In his interview on the A channel ( Cable 25 in Burlington ) he thanked all his TEAM members on a Few Good Men for the morale support and all the golf tips we have provided him over the 2010 season...Captain Ron Mullins was quoted as saying " Whoever drafted Mr Kenesky was a genious" FORE!!!

Well done Ron Kenesky, what a huge victory! Well done John Kawiuk, at the mid point of the season, the enthusiasm for this league and it's format remains very strong. I fear, however, that the enthusiasm is being challenged by forces out of your control. A one time absence of a refreshment cart is easily excusable, however I have found myself observing this trend during very hot days all too often. I understand that tournament scheduling puts stress on staffers and by no means is this a criticism of their efforts. This is more an observation that in planning daily activities to cover 36 holes, perhaps additional staff needs to be considered in order not to overload, while still meeting obligations to all golfers. I also understand that everyone needs a break and there are routes to follow, however this too should be taken into consideration by those responsible for planning the lucrative activity which is a refreshment cart on a busy golf course. I apologize in advance John, if this isn't the forum by which I should send my constructive criticism, but knowing how diligent you are, I am confident that should you make the right persons aware of the concern, it may be addressed. Having said all of that, if I am the only one who feels this way, then I have just had a run of bad luck with this service and will make efforts to put more water in my bag, which I assume is not what the beverage folks are hoping for. Lastly, please do not take this as a negative reflection on your efforts, what so ever, as I continue to hear only positives from Men's night members on your role. Rick (still melting) Thurston
